We are operating with pre-booked sessions currently. The available times are shown on our website pre-bookign page (https://oceanadventurers.com/book/activities/pre-book-entry/20).

The only days we close are Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

We have peak and off-peak prices, depending on whether it is school term time or not. You can see our prices here: https://oceanadventurers.com/pages/prices-and-opening-times. The entry price covers all play structures, including the role play village.

Yes, pre-booking is highly recommended so that you can be guaranteed entry.

Play sessions are restricted to 2 hour slots. These slots are shown on our website booking page.

We are currently operating on 33% of our normal capacity, so it is always a good time to visit. School term time is also a good time to visit if you can as the numbers can be even lower.

It is very unlikely. There may be a short queue to get in through reception as we process you in and take temperature checks, but this should only take a few minutes.

The last session of each day will be displayed on our website booking pages.

Yes, we cater for all allergies although do use some products that say ‘may contain’ certain allergens. If you have a serious allergy please let us know and we can accommodate you in various ways. Our menu has an allergen key for gluten and dairy as well as vegan and vegetarian options.

Unfortunately, due to our allergy policy you may not consume your own food on site.

Yes of course, you can see our online versision by selecting Order Food in the website menu. You can also order from this menu when you are in centre and have a table. The food is delivered straight to your table without the need to go the café or leave your table!

Food is served daily throughout the sessions.

We are currently not taking party bookings, but hope to do so towards the end of August.

We do all party bookings through our website (https://oceanadventurers.com/pages/parties) so that you can see in real time what availability we have.

Parties are run at 9.30am, 12pm, 2.30pm and 5pm. You can check available slots on the product page for the party type you are looking at. We offer exclusive use parties at 5pm every day, subject to availability.

Yes of course! Our exclusive hire parties or events are really good fun too! We can turn down the main lights, up the disco lighting, turn up the music and turn on the bubbles to make the whole structure one big disco. We can even get the laser tag guns out to turn the centre into one big laser tag party!

We can also combine this with face painting and games to make a bespoke party that all will keep your little one’s friends talking about for months. We have also hosted meetings and family events on our exclusive hire packages, so these can literally be used for anything. Exclusive hire bookings last for two hours and are available every day at 5pm.

We ask you not to visit if your child is ill. We also ask you to wait more than 48 hours if your child has experienced sickness or diarrhoea before visiting the centre. If anyone in your household has displayed signs of COVID-19 syptoms, please do not visit for 14 days after the syptoms appeared.
