It is very unlikely. There may be a short queue to get in through reception as we process you in and take temperature checks, but this should only take a few minutes.

The last session of each day will be displayed on our website booking pages.

Yes of course! Our exclusive hire parties or events are really good fun too! We can turn down the main lights, up the disco lighting, turn up the music and turn on the bubbles to make the whole structure one big disco. We can even get the laser tag guns out to turn the centre into one big laser tag party!

We can also combine this with games and other extras to make a bespoke party that will keep all your little one’s friends talking about for months. We have also hosted meetings and family events on our exclusive hire packages, so they can literally be used for anything. For more information, check out the exclusive hire section on our website here:

We offer a complimentary hot drink of your choice for Ofsted registered childminders, per visit.

We accept the Max card, Rainbow Card and any other official government-supported form of identification that identifies you as a carer or foster carer, and you will recieve a complimentary hot drink of your choosing.

Unfortunately given the restrictions on overall centre numbers (adults and children) along with the additional sanitisation measures we have suspended our loyalty card offer for free adult entry.

We ask you not to visit if your child is ill. We also ask you to wait more than 48 hours if your child has experienced sickness or diarrhoea before visiting the centre. If anyone in your household has displayed signs of COVID-19 syptoms, please do not visit for 14 days after the syptoms appeared.

We welcome children with additional needs at all times, but appreciate that some children may not be comfortable with a busy environment. Our afternoon sessions are usually the quietest, and therefore we reccomend booking these as opposed to the busier mornings.

We have a Changing Places style toilet with XY hoist system and adult sized changing bed. The room is large enough to fit a wheelchair plus two carers comfortably. Our café has now moved downstairs, making it accessible to all who wish to order food and beverages.

We can also normally make chill out space available for any children that experience sensory overload. Just ask a member of staff who will be able to help. We have also videoed a walkthough of the centre to help prepare your child for visiting Ocean Adventurers, which can be found here:

Adults may go on the structure with children.

Unfortunately given the restrictions on overall centre numbers (adults and children) along with the additional sanitisation measures we have suspended our loyalty card offer for free adult entry.

We will review this at the start of 2021, but the government guidelines mean that capacity is calculated on an overall basis, so every additional adult means that one less child can come.
